--------------------------------- New Version Notes
There are a couple of things I had to update in this song, the first one, and what actually made me update this, there are some phrases on chorus sections like the following for example, taken from the first chorus, Saite haru no sei, which I separated originally as Sai- te ha- ru no se- i, however, while thinking this carefully and better I believe since the sei part is a continuos note which then goes up in tone, I changed this to Sai- te ha- ru no sei and then the increase in tone at the end, so for every phrase that is - Something no sei, this was applied to them, now, when I was verifying this on all of the choruses on the song, in the last one, I noticed an error in the lyrics, there is a phrase I left as Hare ni hare, hana yo sake, when it actually was Hare ni hare, sora yo sake, so the lyric was fixed, and I also had to re-record the dryvox for that sentence, and that's about it, keep having fun, over and out.
--------------------------------------------- Original Description:
Well, I gotta say I was a little dissapointed and sad when I found out Yorushika didn't come back for another song in the BokuYaba anime, however, the silver lining this time around was that, maybe they didn't come back for BokuYaba, but at least on winter season Yorushika showed up for this song in the second cour of Sousou no Frieren, considering their style and what I heard of them from Shayou, I knew this one was going to be a blast. This time Yorushika went a little abstract with the intention of their lyrics in their song, at a glance, this may look like a song which just randomly talks about the weather, the seasons, and particularly, as the name of this very song, of the sunny weather, there is someone that is comparing another person with the wind, the sunny sky, while he/she wonder what this person might be thinking, what's on their mind, what makes them sad and things like that, there are also phrases that say to blame the spring, the rain, or the sunny sky, for specific things. With all that, my interpretation of this song would be, on the wondering parts, I can think of Himmel, or just anyone in the hero's party, thinking about that while looking at Frieren, which is a very reserved and hard to decipher elf, on the blaming parts, I see that as Frieren just saying that I will do/think this and blame it on the rain or whatever, as this is just the way I want to live, and well, she has a lot of lifespan to spare, however, this can still be tricky but, the music is just so great that it makes you forget about the meaning of the lyrics, now we'll just have to wait for the announcement of the second season of the anime... and the return of the manga which is currently on indefinite hiatus... anyway, hope you enjoy.
