Something I like about Spy x Family is that with each season/cour we have, there is almost a 100% guarantee that the music is going to be fantastic, at least that's the current record so far, the ED this time puts Vaundy on the spot where he delivers a powerful and nostalgic melody along with some great lyrics, a classy tune with a retro vibe. The song talks about someone that apparently is with another person, these people want a future together, however, there is something that's making their paths go astray, paths that may or could differ, something dangerous that might even get them killed, those are some of the phrases mentioned in the song, and then on the chorus the song says, let me stay with you tonight, even is just for one night, to be serious, to get closer, which may seem like a heartbreaking separation of some sorts. My personal take on this song is that, if you have seen this season, one of the highlights was the cruise arc, I believe this is a song influenced by Yor's cruise arc, as we have seen, this is the first time in the story where Yor questions her relationship with Anya and Loid, what do they mean to her? And so on, if you think about that, and then look back at the phrases from this song, I believe those could be related to Yor, also, I think it was a great touch from Vaundy to actually have the music video feature a show in a cruise, a great opportunity not wasted, anyway, hope you enjoy.
