"Ai no Uta" (愛のうた, Song of Love) was recorded for Japanese TV commercials of the GameCube game Pikmin. "Namida Ga Afureta" (涙があふれた, The Tears Overflowed) serves as the B-side of the Ai no Uta single. While the lyrics to Ai no Uta focus primarily on the Pikmin and their conveyance of unconditional love toward Captain Olimar during his quest to return home, Namida Ga Afureta is more from Olimar's perspective of the Pikmin and how he feels about them - which in turn seems difficult for him to express. Update 2024-05-29: There may have been an issue with the camera cuts in the previous version, and if there was, then this update might have fixed that.
